It has been a while since I was in that area.  This is another area I need to find time to re-visit.

There are some fun caches in Snyder.  I've found them all, with the exception of one that's gone.  Angusfire had a lot of them placed, and even though he's moved away, many are still active.  If you haven't found 13-11 (GCW3JX), I particularly enjoyed that one, as I walked past it at two elevations before I found it.  All of those placed by The Questa Group are there and well maintained.

I'm sorry about some that have gone away with Angusfire moving and not being able to maintain them.  One for those interested in history was Snyder Graveyard (GCQZAP).  It's archived now, but the graveyard and the historical marker are a must-see.  Many of those buried there were unknown -- maybe Indians, drifters, etc. -- and their grave markers are just rocks.  Not cut stone -- rocks.  I work with a company that produces an oil field up that way.  Maybe when I get up there and can get away I'll see if I can find place for a cache out there again.

Hey yall,
We have been busy placing caches in Scurry and Fisher Co. Trying to get all the cemeteries in Scurry Co. TLein11, we get first dubs on the old Snyder Graveyard and we will have one in every cemetery in Scurry Co. Now we are working on Fisher county cemeteries. I love the history that goes with all the old cemeteries and ghost towns.
